Before the project commenced Chris priced all the components and gave us an excellent indication of what the final costs would be. Throughout the project his fortnightly invoices clearly listed all the hours his team had worked, his purchase cost of all supplies and the cost of these to us. There were no hidden surprises and the end cost was extremely close to what he had originally indicated with the variations coming from improvements and changes that we made on the way.

His timeframes turned out to be accurate and we were very impressed with the work ethic that his team brought to site.

At the end the most important factor is the quality of build and we were both delighted with the completed product. His team of guys are wonderful and it was an enjoyable experience having them all on site and involved.
